Ingredients: Chopped surimi, 150gr feta cheese, 2 – 3 Small onions

Preparation: Mix ¾ surimi’s with cheese and thin sliced Frank onions. Make walnut sized balls from the mixture. Lay the rest of the surimis on the shelf and roll the balls with the surimis. Place the balls on a tray and let them sit in the refrigerator for 10 minutes. Serve them in lettuce leaves.
