Ingredients: 200gr stick surimi, 250 gr beetroot, 150gr celery, 1 grapefruit, 1 orage, 1 lemon, olive oil, salt.

Preparation: after peeling the celery and beetroot and shred them in round shapes. Then, cut them in long stick forms. Cut the grapefruit and the orange in half. Keep one half unpeeled, and after peeling the other half take out the middle parts. Make the surimi sticks and the fruit sticks the same size. Put the vegetables, fruits and the surimis in a cup and mix. Squeeze the lemon and the other fruit’s juices Ýn another cup. Pour a table spoon olive oil and batter the mixture. Add the juice mix to the other ingredients and enjoy!
