Ingredients: One package of pasta, 200gr fresh mushroom, 200gr surimi, one table spoon olive oil, 1 table spoon sunflower oil, one table spoon margarine, two garlics.
Preparation: add salt and olive oil to boiling water, a minute later add the pasta to the mixture and continue cooking as directed on the pasta package. Wash the mushrooms and depending on their sizes cut them in 4 pieces. Place the garlic the margarine on a pan and cook them for 1 minute and put the garlic aside. Marinate the mushrooms with garlic and margarine. Cut the surimi’s as you want. Once the pasta is cooked, strain and pour the sunflower oil into the pot and add the pasta, marinated mushrooms and surimi’s. cook for another 2 minutes. To diversify the pasta, instead of adding mushrooms you can add vegetables. Enjoy!
