Ingredients: : 10 surimi sticks, 1 medium size celery, 2 green onions, mayonnaise, mustard, 3 hamburger breads, shredded parmesan or cheddar cheese….
Preparation:Chop the Surimi’s, peel and shred the celery, and cut the green onions. Mix the prepared ingredients with mayonnaise and mustard in a cup. Slice and toast the hamburger breads. Place the prepared mixture on the 6 toasted breads. Add the parmesan or cheddar cheeses on the breads and wait for them to melt to serve. Enjoy!
