Fresh Surimi Salad

Preparation:
Cut the surimi sticks in 3 or 4 pieces. Cube the green apple and tomatoes. Strain the milk corns and mix the prepared ingredients with mayonnaise in a salad plate. Sprinkle basil on the mixture. If you wish you can ass tomato juice or use yogurt instead of mayonnaise.
